Our Company’s Terms:
Candidates joining under Junior Level which covers the category of
Executive till Deputy Manager will be charged at 8.33% of the annual Cost
to the Company (CTC).
Candidates joining under Middle Level which covers the category of Manager
and Senior Manager will be charged at 10.5% of the annual Cost to the
Company (CTC).
Candidates joining under Senior Level which covers the category of
GM/VP/Director will be charged at 16.66% of the annual Cost to the Company
(CTC).
Service Tax
Service tax at 12.36% (service tax at 12% + education cess at .36% on
service tax amount) is applicable on all professional fees (excluding
reimbursements) as per Finance Act, 2006.
Payment Schedule:
Payment shall be paid in 30 days after the date of joining of the
candidate.
